Rénovation complète d’un appartement de 100m2 dans le troisième arrondissement de Lyon dans un immeuble des années 40.
L’objectif de ce projet était de trouver une deuxième jeunesse à cet espace pour satisfaire les besoins des nouveaux propriétaires, tout en gardant le cachet de cet appartement, avec son beau bois massif et ses moulures.
Complete renovation of an apartment of 100 square meter in the third district of Lyon in a building from the 1940s.
The objective of this project was to find a second youth to this space to satisfy the needs of the new owners, while keeping the cachet of this apartment, with its beautiful solid wood and moldings.
This first year was devoted to the hand-drawing.
Thus, all the plans, sections, perspectives, sketches were worked by hand.

L’ensemble des plans et des perspectives ont été tracés et mis en couleurs à la main, les planches et les mises en pages ont été réalisées à partir du logiciel Photoshop.
Traces cercles, traces lettres, kutch, promarker, micron étaient mis à l’honneur lors de cette première année au sein de CREAD.
All the plans and perspectives have drawn and colored by hand, the plates and layouts were made using Photoshop software.
Circle traces, letter traces, kutch, promarker, micron were the main features of this first year at CREAD.
