Rénovation d’un appartement d’environ 30m2.
Le client a acheté cet appartement dont l’objectif était de lui donner une seconde vie pour de la location.
Le client m’a donné carte blanche pour la réalisation de ce projet, je devais le satisfaire en apportant à ce studio de la luminosité, de l’originalité, de la simplicité et de la fonctionnalité.
Renovation of an apartment of about 30m2.
The client bought this apartment with the aim of giving it a second life for rent.
The client gave me carte blanche for the realization of this project, I had to satisfy him by bringing brightness, originality, simplicity and functionality to this studio.
Le client a investi dans cet appartement qui sera destiné à la location.
Lors de ce projet, j’ai eu l’occasion de réaliser une prise de cotes, la réalisation de deux versions d’agencements en Perspectives 3D ainsi qu’un plan détaillé de l’agencement choisi par le client.
The client has invested in this apartment which will be used for renting.
During this project, I had the opportunity to carry out a dimensional analysis, the realization of two versions of the layout in 3D Perspectives as well as a detailed plan of the layout chosen by the client.
