Optimiser le volume, penser à la praticité et au confort étaient les principales attentes du maître d’ouvrage, en optant pour un esprit décoratif, original et différenciateur.
L’étude esthétique a été réalisée par groupe imposé.

This apartment was, for the client, a real estate investment for short term rental. Optimizing the volume, thinking about practicality and comfort were the main expectations of the client, opting for an original and differentiating decorative spirit.
